Room Details This is a sober living home for adult women and is currently available. Please note this location will soon relocate to Southeast Raleigh near the Walnut Creek Athletic Complex. This location has double occupancy shared rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces serving adult women in need of a sober / transitional living environment. Each woman has a bed, a space to store clothes, and a closet. The entire home is furnished. All utilities, bed, linens, and cleaning supplies are provided. High-speed Internet, is shared laptop, and shared TV are also provided. This is not a lease. Women signed a bed license agreement which secures their bed provided. The monthly bed fee is paid and all house rules are adhered to. Women can stay as long as they choose to and are free to transition out with at least a two-week notice. Below is a few of our house rules: 1) a zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol and consent to drug screenings on arrival and at random 2) timely bed agreement payments 3) each one was shared in daily and weekly house chores 4) each woman must participate in required community programming, weekly house, meetings, and commit to their own short and long-term goals 5) each woman must read and sign the bed, license agreement, house rules, and other consent documents 6) prior to joining the house, each woman meets with the house, manager and director to complete signing of forms and the initial bed agreement payment 7) no pets 8) smoking is permitted outside in the designated area / backyard only 10) no guests allowed in the home Room Details This is a sober living home for adult women and is currently available.
