We're walking distance to Lake Lynn and just 15 min to Brier Creek, Cary, RTP, and 20 min to downtown Durham & Raleigh. Minimum 3-month stay. No smoking, no guests. Month-to-month lease but looking for guests to stay minimum 3 months.
