Our home features an inviting open concept design that seamlessly connects the full kitchen and family room, while ensuring peaceful rest in the bedrooms. Both the bedroom and living room offer stunning ocean views, illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. Step out onto one of two spacious balconies to savor your morning coffee while taking in the ocean vista. You'll also love the serene hillside views surrounded by lush greenery. Additionally, our community amenities include a gym with ocean views, perfect for workouts that inspire. There are also two pools for relaxation and nearby hiking trails, providing opportunities to explore nature and enjoy the surroundings. Of course, the beautiful ocean views from our condo further enhance your living experience. On warm days, a delightful cross breeze enhances the comfort of our unit. Located in a hidden part of Rancho Palos Verdes, this gem of a property is akin to living in the Mediterranean. It is close (less than 10 minutes) to Golden Cove shopping center which has a Trader Joe's, pharmacy and an excellent Thai restaurant. There is also an Italian eatery as well as a Subway and Starbucks. The entire complex has a nonsmoking policy. Owner is easy to communicate with and is generally easy going. She likes to interact with others but also required quiet time as well. The complex is generally quiet and peaceful. Expectations are to keep common areas clean and clutter free. Each occupant is responsible for cleaning their own dishes and wiping down the counters, kitchen and basic cleanliness. A house cleaner comes in 2x a month at $100/each which we can discuss (i.e., splitting cost). I prefer to speak about possible conflicts directly. Although this can be uncomfortable, I'd rather deal with the issue head on versus having resentments build up. If set boundaries are not honored after 3 warnings, the lease will be terminated. Plenty of street parking is available. There will also be a space inside the parking structure available. NOTE: LEASE TERM: This Agreement shall be a fixed-period arrangement beginning on dates: ___________ with the Tenant having the option to continue to occupy the premises under the same terms and conditions of this Agreement under a Month-to-Month arrangement and will be up for renewal in 29 days (Tenancy at Will) with either the Landlord or Tenant having the option to cancel the tenancy with at least fourteen (14) days notice or the minimum time-period set by the State, whichever is shorter. For the Tenant to continue under Month-to-Month tenancy at the expiration of the Lease Term, the Landlord must be notified within (14) days before the end of the Lease Term.
