CALENDAR: Our calendar is open for 5 weeks but will allow longer stays! PETS: We allow up to 2 small dogs. $150 refundable pet fee per dog and $40/month pet rent. PARKING: Street parking is available in front of the home. GUESTS: Only guests on the confirmed reservation is allowed to occupy the property. Any guest over 2 requires approval from manager and there will be an extra $100 fee/month. Maximum allowed guest is 2 PARTY/EVENT: We have a zero tolerance to any party/events. PROTECTION: We have a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately.
