Prime South Redondo Beach townhome. Sunlit private bedroom, sharing a full bath with 1 female housemate. The housemates are age 25-45, working professional females, looking for the same. We are respectful and friendly. No parties, no overnight guests. We socialize with each other at home, but otherwise socialize outside of the house and do not bring parties home. All utilities are included. Also included is a monthly professional cleaning of the house so you live in a clean, comfortable space. Easy street parking, no permits required. It's walking distance to the beach, pier, cafes, restaurants and shops. You will have plenty of privacy and independence. Prefer someone who does simple meal preparations as oppose to elaborate cooking. No smoking, drugs or pets allowed. 6 months minimum
