The dining area has a eight-seat, custom table made with wood from Mammoth Lakes. The room for rent gets lovely morning light (but has black-out curtains for night owls). It will soon have a full-size bed (replacing the pull-out couch that's pictured), and also features floor-to-ceiling CB2 shelves, and a large closet. Potential to add a desk and/or dresser. One and a half bathrooms, both shared. Street parking; street cleaning 2x/week. One to six months max, 31-day minimum. No pets, no drugs, overnight guests once/week max, please. No WFH-- sorry!
