It is very quiet and has been decorated in soft, relaxing shades of green, teal and white. The amenities are exceptional: The cooking area is very unique because it is ultra modern restaurant style. Designed like a cafe restaurant it has a stainless steel countertop and sink, a professional double door convection oven for baking, broiling and air frying, double induction cooktops, microwave, fridge/freezer, drip coffee pot and tea kettle. Also available if you would like are a bullet ice maker, a slow cooker, and a high speed smoothie blender. All pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils and every other kitchen items you need are also provided. The large, spa-like bathroom has an huge shower with rainfall shower head, large sink vanity, high-end finishes, a great deal of storage, all cotton luxury bedding and towels for you to enjoy, plus a heated toilet seat, like a five star resort, (amazing!!). The dedicated office has wood floors, a floating desk, an ergonomic desk chair and can also be used as a yoga room. The neighborhood is safe and clean with well kept homes and tree lined streets. Only residents drive through the neighborhood so it is quiet.
