This rental is for the upper of the house and shared backyard, there are below tenants already. the upstairs is 1000 square foot and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a two car garage, a living room with a fireplace, and its own washer and dryer. the house is located walking distance from a elementary and high school and 5 minute car ride to a middle school. near shopping centers. lots of bus stops with quick access to park & ride. i have recently added more off street parking so there should be enough to share. utility are not included and are expected to be split with the below tenant equally.
