The studio is located near downtown Rialto. Studio includes living area with bathroom which has a single vanity sink and a separate shower stall. The studio is 373 square feet and is great for 1 person. The studio does include a kitchen area with a gas stove top and a sink. Tenants will be responsible for bringing their own electric appliances (ex: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave) for storing and preparing food. The studio will not include any furniture. Please do not disturb current tenants. No pets are allowed. We are looking for an individual tenant. A formal application will be required. Parking will not be available in the garage or in the driveway. No pets are allowed. No smoking. Looking for someone who does not party and that will keep the noise level low. A security deposit and first month's rent are due at lease signing. A $50 background and credit check processing fee will be required from all applicants.
