This is one private bedroom and private bathroom from my home rented for a short period of time throughout the year. This is perfect for a solo traveler or two people exploring the city of San Francisco and the surrounding areas or someone working here temporarily. I'm available if you have any questions during your stay. The room is very spacious and has its own private entrance. It includes a microwave, small fridge, and basic essentials enough to have what's necessary for a private stay. Yet, if guests need more, the full kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities in the main house can be shared upon request. The house is located in a quiet area with a relaxing backyard filled with fruit trees and flowers. You can look at the shared common areas in the photos. A sweet 4-year-old Goldendoodle lives here. She's very friendly and loves meeting visitors. She sleeps in her own bed and does not share beds or furniture with us. The home is conveniently located just 0.5 miles from the nearest BART/train station, with bus stops nearby for easy public transit access to San Francisco. It's about a 25 30 minute drive to San Francisco, depending on traffic. For wine country getaways, Napa is about 45 minutes away, Sonoma around 50 minutes, and Calistoga roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes. it is about 25 minutes drive to UC Berkeley. Scenic Richmond Marina Bay and historic Point Richmond are just a short drive away, offering beautiful waterfront views, parks, walking trails, and great dining options. No smoking is allowed inside the house neither outside in the backyard.
