ENERGY USE When there is excessive utility use, (monthly) guests will be responsible for costs that exceed 25% of a normal monthly bill. An average bill will be calculated by comparing the previous month's bill AND the same month of the previous year as shown on the statement. For example if an average electrical bill is $100 for March, but the cost was $200 during a stay, then the guest will be asked to pay $75 to cover energy cost. SMOKING Absolutely no smoking cigarettes inside or outside for risk of fire. $100 clean up fee if housekeeper picks up butts after guest. PETS Mature dog only. 1 dog only, max 60 lbs. Absolutely NO incessant/constant barking inside or outside home (very important). Keep the peaceful scenery, please. No Cats! Inside: NO pets on the furniture, beds, carpet, or outside deck furniture. Pets must be crated when left alone at the home, or taken with you when you leave. Outside: Pets are allowed off leash within 2.5 acre fenced area. Pet waste MUST be picked up daily ($50 clean up fee if housekeeper picks up after guest leaves). Pets cannot chase the wildlife.
