A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned in full, provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear. Utilities are included up to a specified monthly cap of 400; any usage beyond that amount will be tenant's responsibility. All tenants are required to complete rental application and sign a damage waiver to move-in. An application must be submitted for each person residing in each unit.
