I am a retired professional woman with a disability, seeking to fill a live in care giver position in the Prunedale area. I need help seven days a week for a maximum of one hour per day, between 6:00-6:30 PM. Additional discounts on rent are possible depending on extra hours of assistance on an as needed basis. I need help with bed and bathroom transfers, (heavy lifting is not required), personal hygiene, some dressing, meal set up (not cooking) and feeding my cats. You will have a spacious separate unfurnished private 1 bedroom upstairs unit with a deck for $1450 per month plus utilities (The current market rate for this unit is $2,200 per month). The lease is month to month with a 30 day cancellation agreement by either party. I require a credit check and a background check, and references.
