This move-in ready, fully furnished 850 sq ft basement apartment (best suited for single occupancy) has a private entrance, off-street parking and a large walk-in closet, and is located in a safe, tranquil neighborhood just north of Greene County line, a few blocks off of Seminole Trail; we are very close to grocery store, gas station, cleaners, hardware store, & bank. Rent includes all utilities, tenant-controlled heat & AC, Wi-fi, Roku TV, & trash removal. Towels, bed linens, all kitchen essentials are provided. We love animals but Please, no pets/animals of any kind. No cigarette smoking or vaping. PLEASE NOTE: pictures of 'lobby' area leading from apartment door to exit door may be gently used by tenant but is not 'part' of the apartment.
