Winter Rental 3 Tenant Maximum - Rent a beautifully renovated, historic beach-farmhouse in a quiet beach town community. Take a short, straight-line walk along paved sidewalks to beautiful Bayview Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. The beaches have parking with a short 2 min drive or a 10 min walk from the house.
Grill in the spacious backyard with a deck and fire pit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. There is plenty to do nearby in Old Orchard Beach (8mins), Portland (30 mins), and Biddeford (15 mins).
The house is a historic 1880's renovated beach-farmhouse. It has historic charm with updated amenities. The stairs are steeper than newer builds so please keep that in mind, the house is not childproof.
The house is fully furnished.
The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, both with brand new queen beds and window AC's.
The larger green bedroom has a walk-in closet and a full bathroom across the hall.
The second bedroom (blue walls) has a full bathroom in the room.
The third bedroom is downstairs on the 1st floor with a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. Both beds are brand new. This room can easily be used as an office as well. This has a window AC as well. The room does not have a closet, but there is a plenty of closet space in the walk-in closet upstairs.
There is another full bathroom downstairs on the 1st floor.
The first living room has a window AC on the 1st floor.
The second living room has a queen pull out sofa bed that is brand new and a window AC.
The deck has seating, a fire pit, and a grill to enjoy the sunshine.
There is also a front porch/mud room with heat.
There is a garage, but not for car use. We have parking for 4 cars, 2 in front of the garage and 2 on the side of the house next to the trees.
There is a cottage next door towards the back of the next door property that is also rented.
This is a quiet community that offers a great place to relax and unwind. If you notice a fire station on the corner, no worries, it is a silent/inactive station that won't disturb your stay.
The Tenant agrees to pay $2,400 as rent, to be paid as follows: $2,400 per month, due on the 1st day of each month. Payment of the first month's rent and a $1,000 security deposit is due upon the signing of this Lease by the Tenant.
3 Tenant maximum
All utilities included (heat, electric, wifi, etc.). Snow plow is also included.
Lease agreement can be until May 31st, 2026.
No smoking, vaping, and no animals (allergy free home), no exceptions. The lease prohibits disruptive behavior, such as excessive noise, and any illegal activity.
It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the rental premises clean and sanitary and to pay for any damage caused by his or her abuse or neglect.
Tenants are responsible for cleaning and routine maintenance. Dispose promptly of all rubbish, garbage, and other waste. Properly use and operate any electrical, gas, and plumbing fixtures and keep them as clean and sanitary as their conditions permit. Fix things tenant breaks or damages. Notify the landlord promptly of defective or dangerous conditions on the property.
Tenants do not paint the rental or make any improvements or repairs without approval.
