Room 1 has huge windows, connects to a screened-in patio through French doors and is also connected to main house and to the laundry room/carport area. Biggest room in the house. Room 2 has a large closet, one window and a door that leads to the backyard/private entrance. The common areas are furnished (though a bit different than the photos) but the rooms listed above are unfurnished. There is only one person living here and looking to find one other person to share the space. The current tenant is a 29 yr old male resident physician at TGH, clean, friendly and respectful.
