Near major bus stops as well and only 15-20 minutes from the U of U. Only 30 minutes to Brighton or Snowbird! Brand new carpet in the basement. The kitchen space is open and beautifully bright during the day. Enjoy views of the Wasatch Mountains to the east from the back porch year round! There are large nooks below each basement window for decor, books, or storage with ground cover foliage and stain glass providing privacy. The bedroom is extra long allowing for a secondary space for a chair, small couch to have company, or a desk. The entrance to the basement isn't separate, but is off of the back door that goes out to the covered porch, so you can come and go with ease without having to be social if you don't wish to be. There is a very sweet senior cat, so tenant must be animal friendly/okay with a cat in the home.
