Room #2: Private room with 1 side view window and lots of shade. Shared hallway bathroom for both rooms. Shared living, dining, kitchen, and laundry area. Please be respectful of all tenants and clean up after yourself. We are looking for someone 23 years or older with at least 3x the rent; utilities are included.
