We are looking for a person to rent our upstairs room and the room can be fully furnished if requested (bed, desk and chair, hotplate, mini-fridge, microwave, etc) It's in a beautiful house within a 24 hour guard gated community and the room is available from January 1st, 2026 or possibly earlier. Room Description: Large room with double closet and your own full bathroom. All utilities and lightning fast wifi included. Access to washer/dryer also included and there is parking available. You can also earn money as we would like help once in a while with babysitting and cooking. There is a wonderful clubhouse area with pool and spa, a beautiful ocean view park, two tennis courts and multiple BBQ areas.
