Available August 1 Private master bedroom with private bathroom in a 4 bedroom house. We are located on Calle Frontera, in beautiful San Clemente. Amazing panoramic ocean view from the backyard and dining room table! We are looking for a friendly, responsible person that wants to share our home. Mellow, non shedding dogs, or cool cats might be ok. The lease will be month to month until we both feel comfortable with the living situation. A one year lease will be considered if the vibe is good. The current roommates are in their bedrooms a majority of the time and I don't see them except when they are coming and going. You wouldn't know you have roomies most of the time. We are 420 friendly :-) There will be bongs out, etc. We treat cannabis the same way some folks put beer in their refrigerator. The current roomies partake in 420 after work in their bedrooms, however I use one of the dining rooms areas a couple times a day. If we have non smokers living amongst us we are always respectful. My schedule is different than most, so there shouldn't be much concern about you being in a smokey environment. One of us likes to keep a small legal medical garden. We aren't hippies, or partiers, and we keep a clean, organized home. No drugs allowed other than cannabis or alcohol. Tobacco products are allowed outside only. We are very mellow, easy going people. One of us has a super special, amazing dog we call Bella. She loves everyone, and she is a good listener. Think of it more as a shared home, rather than renting a room. You'll have all the same rights and freedoms as we do. Please make yourself comfortable. I don't care if you're 21 or 65, we are open minded and have friends of all ages. We've lived with people of all ages with no problems. There are four bedrooms upstairs. The master is the furthest away from where anyone hangs out, so it's quiet, and private. Most bills are included, however we don't have cable, and don't watch TV. If you'd like to do that, it's ok, of course, but you'll have to pay for cable on your own. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. No other garage access, or storage available. There is one driveway parking space that comes witht the room rental.
