I will be subletting my Craftsman home in the North Park neighborhood for the months of May, June and July. My home has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a lovely deck, a fenced yard, a large den, and a patio. There is A/C, a washer/dryer and a carport as well as plenty of street parking. I am just four houses from the Morley Field, the sports/recreation part of Balboa Park, where there are trails, a public swimming pool, tennis courts, disk golf, a golf course, and a velodrome. I live just a mile from the famous San Diego Zoo and all of the great museums. North Park is a very walkable neighborhood with restaurants, many cafes, grocery stores, etc. San Diego is a wonderful place to spend the summer! I prefer a three month rental but I am open to shorter stays - but no less than one month. Photos will be provided if requested. This is a short-term rental. Minimum of one month, maximum 3 months.
