    Freshly renovated apartment over the garage of the single family home which is a vacation rental. Parking space included as well as the laundry in the garage. This is an executive rental catering to business men and women, MBA or PhD students from abroad or another location, for example. 3-6 month rentals are most ideal. Looking for 1-3 month renter at this time. This property less than a half a block to the boardwalk and sand on the whitest sand beaches in San Diego. We have remodeled everything! Added a new heating system and now have AC. Must see. Dining, local stores in a pinch only 3 blocks away. Big grocery stores are within a few miles. There are several restaurants in biking distance and walking if you don't mind walking for 5-20 minutes. The vacation rental has their own entrance on the opposite side of the apartment and has full use of the garage. You probably will rarely see them. I am very selective whom I accept for our vacation rental because there are a lot of homeowners on the street that are very concerned about people partying loudly next to them during the day and late at night. I get a lot of compliments for the people renting from us for vacations. A lot of them are repeat vacationers and are happy that it's mostly quiet on our street. Owner pays water, gas and electric, wifi internet. No smoking in unit or on the property. Parking for 1 car under staircase to apartment. Will not fit oversized vehicle. Standard SUV can fit but it's tight. Tenant is responsible for maintaining unit and keeping it clean. No changes or adding to decor. No hanging things on the wall. Tenant must alert owner immediately of any problems. Drain clogs caused by tenant will be charged to the tenant. Washer/Dryer in garage is shared with vacation renters in the front house. Only use during the hours of 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Must remove clothes from machines as soon as possible. Monthly inspections required. Cleaning lady available if you would like to set up service with her. Absolutely no pets allowed. Severe allergies to pets. Absolutely no subletting. Apartment is for 1-2 people only. Visitors staying over 1 week must be approved in writing.
