This furnished casita is an attached ADU that's part of a lovely historic Mission Revival property, centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will be spoiled with many amenities, including outdoor living space and newly renovated pool! The property is clean, organized, and tastefully decorated.
The casita is just under 300 sq. ft and has its own private entrance. The kitchenette is equipped with an efficiency kitchen that has two electric burners and sink, microwave, and mini fridge. In-unit stackable washer/dryer also included. The French door entry and large window bathes the main living space in natural light; black out curtains are also available for any graveyard shift/day sleepers. Stay cool in the summer with the portable AC and two ceiling fans in main living space; one in the living room and the other near the queen size bed. The bathroom is standard with pedestal sink, toilet, and shower.
The shared backyard has a table and chairs, fire pit, and refreshing pool. My home is a serene spot to come home to at the end of your long day.
A short walk to grocery store, Starbucks, car wash, parks, restaurants, shopping, worship and more. Just minutes from several hospitals and clinics and less than a mile from SDSU, north of Montezuma Rd. Plenty of street parking in front of house.

The property is clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. No pets or smoking are permitted on the property. There is ample street parking directly in front of the house. No parking in driveway.
Use of the pool is also allowed between 8am - 10pm. Pools towels and floaties are available for use. More detailed/specific instructions are provided in the casita.
Additional overnight guests (more than is designated on lease) are not permitted.
