Hi there! I'm looking for a new roommate to move in the weekend of September 6. The rent is $1150/month, which includes your own private bedroom and bathroom (located just down the hall). The unit is in the La Mesa/San Diego area super close to the 8 and trolley stops. Apartment Features: In-unit washer & dryer Wall unit A/C in the living room (rarely used) Top-floor unit in a small, quiet complex (no elevator) Assigned parking space Shared utilities average ~$150/month each (covers water, gas, electric, internet, and YouTube TV) Fully furnished common areas you just need furniture for your bedroom and bathroom Small courtyard in the center of the complex (currently unfurnished) Important Notes: No additional pets I already have a sweet dog. Overnight guests are okay on occasion but should be limited and respectful of shared space. About Me: I'm a 41-year-old professional working full-time (mostly from home in my bedroom office). I'm friendly, respectful, and enjoy hiking, wine tasting, movies, country music, Disney, amusement parks, board games, brunch, and time at the dog beach with my pup. I'm generally clean in shared spaces (my room can get a bit messy!), and I cook a few times a week. I'm social but past the party phase definitely more into chill nights than late-night noise.
