We are just minutes from Snapdragon Stadium, Mission Trails, Mission Valley Mall, the 15, 805, and the 8 freeway - and only 15 minutes from downtown and the beaches. We are looking for one individual who will be a good neighbor to us and is: - Clean, quiet, and responsible - Non-smoking - No pets - Has a good rental history (we will call past landlords) The space will be available to rent on a month to month rental agreement, but a longer rental term will be considered.
