Hi! My roommates and I are looking for a female to join our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in South San Jose. We're all educators, so things can get busy during the school year, and we really value a clean, respectful, and peaceful living environment. The house includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a large backyard, and plenty of street parking. The common areas are fully furnished, but the available bedroom will need to be furnished by you. The house is in the Cambrian/Almaden area. The address will be provided to those with genuine interest in renting the room.
