You can walk right outside and be on a hike in minutes, with some fantastic scenery all around. It's also a short drive to golf courses, restaurants, and local services, including grocery delivery options. Even though it feels tucked away, you're still close to everything you need. This space is separate from the main house, with its own private entrance and driveway parking (including space for an RV). Inside, the layout keeps things simple but functional. The bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a full-size dresser. The attached bathroom includes a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower with modern tile. Linens are included. Private mini-split A/C + heat (remote located - Mounted on wall next to nightstand) There's a small living room with a Smart TV and a couch, plus a two-person table for eating or working. The kitchen is compact but stocked: it has a dual-burner cooktop, a Keurig, a microwave, and a combo air fryer/oven/toaster setup for quick meals. The fridge is small but functional, with dishes, baking pans, and utensils ready. One of the more unique parts of the setup is the 'business office', desk and printer, which are available for use. If you ever need to access the shared gym space (which includes a Peloton bike, reformer machine, and other equipment), you'll have a private door that connects to the main house. That door locks from your side, so you can enter when needed and have total privacy and peace of mind. The casita has its own washer and dryer, so there are no laundromat trips. Pets are allowed with a fee, and the backyard offers even more. Just message the owner ahead of time to request use of the firepit, built in BBQ and smoker, basketball court, or pool. The pool area also has incredible mountain views, plus a play area for kids.
