It's an easy 10-minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and just half a mile to the UC entrance. There are two furnished bedrooms: a large master and a second room with a Murphy bed that also works well as a home office or nursery. The front porch, propane grill and courtyard area are for your exclusive use. Parking is easy with one off-street space included, plus permitted street parking nearby. I live in a separate, private part of the property. I'm available if something comes up, but I also respect your privacy. Laundry facilities are shared but available anytime. Payments: First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. Lease: Month-to-month with a 30-day notice required. Preference for a 6 12 month commitment, with the option to revisit terms or end the lease if both parties agree. Use of Premises: Rental is for the residential use of the listed tenants only. Subletting is not permitted. Application: A signed lease, background check, and credit report are required. Application fees will be refunded if your application is accepted. I take care of all the gardening, putting out and taking in the trash/recycling and any maintenance that is needed.
