I live in a separate, private part of the property. I'm available if something comes up, but I also respect your privacy. Laundry facilities are shared but available anytime.

Rental Terms
Utilities: Included in rent. Please be mindful to conserve energy by turning off heat and lights when not in use.
Payments: First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing.
Lease: Month-to-month with a 30-day notice required. Preference for a 6 12 month commitment, with the option to revisit terms or end the lease if both parties agree.
Use of Premises: Rental is for the residential use of the listed tenants only. Subletting is not permitted.
Application: A signed lease, background check, and credit report are required. Application fees will be refunded if your application is accepted.
I take care of all the gardening, putting out and taking in the trash/recycling and any maintenance that is needed.
