I'm looking for someone (preferably female) to share my house in the Pleasure Point/Live Oak neighborhood (near Cole's bbq). You would be sharing the house with me -- a professional female -- and my lovable cat. I am offering 2 rooms -- both yours -- for $1600. Use one as a bedroom and the other as your office/sitting room/art room/whatever. The 2 rooms can be partially furnished or unfurnished if you prefer. Kitchen, bath, living room and laundry room are common areas. Lovely outside garden area, gorgeous beaches and the best surf spots just a short walk away. I'm friendly but respectful of space and enjoy a peaceful quiet environment. I'm artistic, thoughtful, health oriented and environmentally conscious. If you're a kind person who's comfortable with companionable silence, values mutual respect, can communicate like a healthy adult, is tidy and cleans up after yourself, down for an occasional cocktail but not the type to bring the party home, we'll get along fine.
