It is a casita perfect for a single person. 6 months to a year's lease is ok. I will do month to month. The rent will be higher. The Rent includes electricity, water, and garbage. Pet Policy: Pets are subject to landlord approval and must be discussed before move-in. 7. Mailbox: Tenant is responsible for securing their own private mailbox for personal mail. 8. Landlord's Right to Entry: The landlord is allowed entry for repairs or inspections with prior written or text message notification to the tenant. 10.
