This home has both gas and wood heat. Although it has all the amenities you'd expect in a conventional home (hot-water, electricity, and heating), we aim to be sustainable with our resources which come from solar energy and a private well, so we use a Laveo Dry Flush toilet to conserve water. You are free to use the entire house and its furnishings, the forested area and the communal fire pit/outdoor dining area.
