The Southside City Park recently underwent a 10 million dollar renovation ... there are basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts with breathtaking, dead on San Francisco views. The fenced City Park is also ideal for dog walking and exercise. Renter Review: Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo is in the perfect location, you can walk everywhere you would need to go in Sausalito and you can be over the Golden Gate and into SF in 15 minutes. The market and restaurants are a 10 minute walk tops and the ferry is only 15 minutes away. The views are amazing, the condo is clean and has everything you could need for your stay. Parking is plentiful and I had no issues. Lastly (and most importantly) Geraldine is a phenomenal host, super kind and incredibly responsive. Can't say enough positive things about our experience. Renter is responsible for utilities: $475 monthly (in addition to rent) includes Xfinity Cable & Internet, (125+ channels, download as fast as 600Mbps), Water, Garbage, Gas and Electric. Minimum 1 year lease. Pet fee. No smoking, loud gatherings. On street parking. First month's rent plus $8,000 deposit
