In the rear there is the "Captain's Suite" that consists of a large queen bedroom and double ensuite as well as a large private sitting area with a pullout queen sleeper. This residence is designed to accommodate 10-12. The rental fee is all-inclusive. The cleaning fees are weekly and are added to the monthly rental fee. The renter will receive a monthly running statement reflecting these costs, payments and balances due.
