Cozy All Season Beach House, Near Beaches/Portland (Available December 16,, 2024 to January 27 (Feb 10), 2025 We are traveling this winter and are interested in renting our home out while we are away. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This home is the perfect place to call "home" for 6 weeks. We are 5 mins from Scarborough State Beach, Higgins Beach and Ferry Beach. 12 mins to Portland. This is our primary home, so we ask that you only book if you will be most respectful. Our home has a very large living space. A beautiful and functional kitchen that opens up to the dining room. A large mudroom and a super cozy living room with a wood stove (to be used only with prior permission and an additional fee for wood). There are 2 separate office spaces if you need to work while on vacation. The primary master bedroom suite is very spacious and serene with an adjustable queen sized bed. There are two other bedrooms with queen beds as well as an air mattress to accommodate 2 other guests. All bedrooms are on second floor. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms, one on the main floor, one in the primary bedroom suite and one off the upstairs hallway. There is a large yard to enjoy time outside, a fire pit and a lovely large teak dining table on the deck. We have a wood stove, but are unlikely ok with anyone using it. We had a fire from the ashes last spring and our detached garage and Glamping spot were burned down entirely. We have PTSD around fire at this point. Hot tub could be available for an additional fee. Please inquire if interested. Temporary rental for 6-8 weeks, December 16- January 27 (Feb 10) 2025. Heat/Hot water (up to 1 tank's worth), Internet and up to $100 in electricity included.
