You'll be renting a private, furnished bedroom (for one person) in our clean, newly-built townhouse. We (my husband and I) live here with our two friendly cats (they stay downstairs there's a gate). The room includes: -Your own private bathroom - Shared access to a modern kitchen and in-unit laundry -All utilities & services included (water, heat/AC, electricity, Wi-Fi) -A dedicated parking space -Large windows with a view of the lake and a location in a safe, quiet neighborhood VERY close to Harper College, plus Costco, Trader Joe's and Woodfield Mall We're looking for someone dependable and responsible ( female preferably) must have stable income and good rental/credit history. This is a smoke-free, drug-free home, and we do not tolerate illegal activities.
