Very accessible to downtown Seattle on several buses only a block away. In the summertime no matter how hot out it is in Seattle, the unit stays nice and cool. The house has central heating for the winter and stays warm. Fan and space heater included. We are the tenants (rent the entire house) and are looking for 1 or 2 people for the basement apartment.
