The kitchen, laundry and living spaces are shared with the homeowners. We are a 60+ year old couple with two dogs (14 year old Aussie, and 3 year old Aussie mix), who have access to all of the shared spaces in the house. Only true animal lovers need apply. There is no smoking of any kind inside the house and no drugs allowed anywhere on the property.
