I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 6-bedroom house with super chill, respectful roommates. Everyone mostly does their own thing, keeps to their space, and the house stays pretty quiet and organized. The house: Big living room with a large TV (hardly used) Kitchen has 3 full fridges + tons of storage Huge private front yard (not facing the street) Lots of parking Fire pit + a man cave with extra storage Solid internet, no issues The room: Downstairs (2-story house) Very spacious great for working from home Huge closet Private entrance Designated parking spot Full bathroom downstairs + half bath nearby Gets a little cold in winter, but a space heater works great Mixed co-ed house and honestly everyone's been great very respectful. Jake (who manages roommates) is super easy to work with and very responsive. I'm only moving because I need to be closer to work otherwise I'd stay.
