They are located on the basement floor. Along with the 2 rooms, the basement floor also has a full bathroom, living room, and private balcony. All rooms on the top floor are occupied. The middle floor is a shared space with entry way, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and dining room (see pictures). Location: Lake City is central to Seattle's top attractions including restaurants, shops, parks, beaches, and hospitals. These restaurants and shops are located in the surrounding streets of the house and are a walkable distance. There is also a bus stop located just a few feet down the street. It is also within 30 minutes of colleges including: the University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Shoreline Community College, Bellevue College, and Seattle Central College.
