Mid-Term Lease Terms The Light Keeper's Cottage (Sequim, WA)
Lease Term:
Minimum stay: 1 month
Maximum stay: 6 months
Lease may be renewed upon mutual agreement.
Property:
Fully furnished, 2-bedroom, 1-bath waterfront cottage.
Full access to house, yard, hot tub, deck, and private shoreline, 5 private acres.
Included in Rent:
All utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash, and high-speed internet).
Yard maintenance.
Tenant Requirements:
Tenant(s) must pass a credit and background check prior to approval.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults
Restrictions:
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
No pets allowed.
No unauthorized guests, parties, or events.
House Rules:
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM 9:00 AM.
Please remove shoes inside the house.
Grey towels provided for outdoor use (hot tub, beach, etc.).
Use chlorine shock after each hot tub use.
Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping breakables out of reach of children.
Liability:
Tenants and guests use the hot tub at their own risk.
Owners/hosts are not liable for injuries sustained during use of these amenities.
Refunds are not provided for acts of nature or issues beyond the owners' control (e.g., power outages, wildfire smoke, King Tides, snow/ice, or unavailable amenities).
Payment:
Rent due on the first of each month.
Security deposit required.
