The apartment does come fully furnished all the way down to your plates, pots and pans towels, silverware, and you're very own use of a washer and dryer. It also has over an acre of fenced in backyard. The area is very secure. If you are worried about safety, we are retired and we would be living upstairs. The rent includes.
