The local brewery, 3 Sheeps Brewery, is just a short drive as well the lakefront, Kohler and other local attractions. The space Get cozy on the big covered front porch enjoying a cup of coffee or a local brew. Relax with a book in the hammock or the porch swing to melt your worries away! Come and hand out outside We have a lovely fenced in backyard, grill, fire pit and a corn hole game to enjoy! We also provide 4 beach chairs, beach towels an inflatable paddle board ( and life jackets) to use. If you would like to to bike around let us know!! We provide 2 beach cruisers and a kids trailer! Inside the home you will find a desk for your studies/work, games for friends and family and warm cozy, comfy beds! We have a stocked kitchen if you feel like cooking and a friendly gathering space to enjoy yourselves in the living room and dining area. The house is a 3 minute drive or short bike ride to the Sheboygan's beautiful lakefront. Take a dip in Lake Michigan, watch the local surfers catch some waves or enjoy the ever changing sunset! Feel the vibes of the Third Coast and cherish the days!! Whatever brings you here, we look forward to your visit. Come and enjoy everything Sheboygan has to offer!! Owners do not live on site but are available. RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR OUR HOME: If you are traveling with a dog let us know! We ask that guests bring a crate and when they leave at any time please put your furry friend in the crate. EXTRA FEE OF $150 PER DOG. You must pick up after your dog and inform us if there is any damage immediately. No smoking please!! There is a ZERO tolerance for smoking in or around the home. No warning will be given and no refund will be given If you are a smoker please choose a home that allows smoking!! Tenant is responsible for clearing of snow removal of sidewalks and alley. A free parking spot is available for tenant next to garage. Please take off your shoes when entering the house. No outside guests. Please be respectful of our neighbors and treat the home as if it were your own. To maintain cleanliness our housekeeper will perform a monthly cleaning. *Please be respectful of our neighbors, we are in a family friendly neighborhood. *Please respect our home! *No smoking, parties or candles. *No additional guests unless communicated with us. No weapons allowed on property. No drugs allowed on property. No smoking or tobacco of any kind. (If there is any evidence we will charge a $275 fee) For Month long stays we supply one week of toliet paper,shampoo/conditioner/body wash, paper towel. After a week if more is needed tenant must purchase themselves. *Quiet hours from 9pm-8am. Utilities/wifi included. Monthly rental. Rent is due 1st of the month via credit card.
