Hello Everyone! I am renting out a large basement room with a private bathroom in a single family home for $1500 a month which includes all the utilities (water, gas, electric, solar) + WiFi. There are 3 other people who live in our house including the home owners. The shared spaces are: kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and off-street parking. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping (Walgreens - you can walk to it), banking establishments (Capital One, for example, you can walk to it as well), the United States Post Office is in our community as well. The Maryland Intercounty Connector/ICC is close by as well. All utilities are included in the rent of $1,500. The security deposit is $600. Driveway parking is available. No smoking cigarettes or weed on the property.

Two working professionals, one works from home twice per week. The other works outside the home. Both professionals are off every other weekend. The third person is retired and is home all the time.
