You will have this separate downstairs unit to yourself including a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and living room area with kitchenette (does not have a full oven). Street parking only, but there's plenty and it's never been a problem. There is shared onsite laundry downstairs outside of your unit which is apart from your area and won't affect your privacy. Litter box trained indoor cat welcome and one dog may be considered on a case by case basis with owner approval and yard sharing agreement. All utilities are a flat fee of $250/ month including trash, water, sewer, propane, electric and internet. About the property: The parcel is 0.4 acres and private. There is one large dog onsite, so the yard is not appropriate for children. The owner does not mind if you smoke outdoors only, if you are conscious about fire risk and keep the yard clean. No smoking indoors. Outdoor 420 friendly, but no drugs or loud parties. LGBTQIA+ and diversity friendly environment.
