Our cozy cabin offers the perfect blend of a rustic and modern mountain experience. From lighting fires at night to hot coffee and brisk morning walks, guests enjoy the feeling of 'going back in time' while disconnecting in the beautiful Stanislaus forest. Although it's a 1960s cabin, it's updated with new appliances, mini-split HVAC systems, remodeled bathrooms, and a jacuzzi! More info in our guidebook. Utilities are included in the cost of rent. Seeking 12-month tenant, but open to Month-To-Month. Tenant responsible for yard maintenance. No smoking allowed on property. The space Cabin: Our cabin is a cozy 1250sqft and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a small office/work space. The living room has a 55in smart TV, a large couch that seats 3-4 people, a love seat that seats 2 people, and a comfortable swivel chair for one. Livingroom: Upstairs you will find our loft (the roof is low, so make sure you duck and watch your head), where we have a 42in TV equipped with Fire TV, a futon couch, and a full mattress. Primary Bedroom & Bathroom: The master bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe and luggage rack, 24-inch smart TV, and an ensuite primary bathroom where you will find double vanity sinks, a towel warmer, a shower with a bench, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion for your comfort. Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a small closet, luggage rack, and a 42-inch smart TV. Guest Bathroom: The guest bathroom is a tub/shower combo with a single sink. You will also find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion for your comfort. Office: A dedicated office space with a desk, chair, and monitor for your convenience. Outside: You will find our patio furniture available for your use, as well as the jacuzzi on the side deck! Please remember to SHOWER BEFORE using and to cover the jacuzzi once you get out. PLEASE REFRAIN from entering the greenhouse, as we are working on updating and renovating it at this time. The BBQ is also NOT AVAILABLE for use at this time, as we are located in a high danger fire zone. We also ask guests to refrain from entering the deep gulch in the front or the creek in the back. Smart Devices: The home comes with 2 Alexa devices, one is located in the kitchen- to the right of the stove. The other is right next to the front door. You are welcome to use them for your entertainment, or feel free to unplug the devices if you are not a fan of them! Guest access: You have access to most of the property and the house, except for the closet under the stairs and in the office. We use those spaces for our cleaning crew and personal belongings. Please do not wander in the front gulch area and avoid going down to the creek in the backyard. We also DO NOT offer the BBQ as an amenity at this time, as we live in an area with extremely high fire hazards.
