This cabin features an open, one story floor plan with an elegant linear gas fireplace. It is light, bright and cozy with ample seating for relaxing tv watching or game nights. Located close to the Y with Raleys, TJMaxx, BevMo and Smart and Final within five minutes, it's also close to AleX, Cuppa Tahoe, Lake Tahoe Pizza, Crazy Good Bakery and the Lake House eating establishments. Four beaches are close enough to access through bike trails or 10 minute car ride. We provide four bikes to use for biking to the beaches and avoiding the cost and long lines to get in the parking lots which are often filled anyway. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed with attached bathroom and the other two bedrooms feature very comfortable queen beds. Master bath has a stall shower, middle bathroom has a shower over tub configuration. The backyard has a large deck, table and chairs, couch seating and separate pad with a barbecue for that outdoor meal. There is also a large front deck affording al fresco dining while you enjoy neighbors walking their dogs or visitors biking the wide streets. Rent includes full utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet, garbage, basic t.v. Without which you should add about $800 to your monthly costs). Rent is $3200 a month with an $800/ month additional charge for all utilities which include (gas, electricity, internet, water, cable, garbage). We are seeking one to six month minimum rentals. We allow pets if house trained. A pet deposit of $500 is required with an additional $50 per month per pet.
