Documentation of all income such as pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, rental assistance vouchers, and proof of previous address such as a bill must be provided. Each applicant must be willing to agree to the above basic terms and policies, in addition to all other terms included in our standard lease agreement. No dogs, fish tanks, birds or reptiles, or water beds. Renter is responsible for front and side yard maintenance, trash and snow removal. No dogs allowed because tenants have chickens and ducks. One cat allowed with approval, signed pet addendum and fees. Non-smoking units.
