High ceilings and light, spacious feel. Great spot to enjoy the outdoors with Riverside State Park, the Centennial Trail and Riverfront Park nearby. Fast access to 195 and I90. Minutes to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. One block to shortcut to Fish Lake Trail. Hard surface (vinyl plank) flooring is very clean. Space is nice and cool due to building central AC (but it can't be independently controlled in this unit, you can open a vent to increase cooling, or your heat is independently controlled).
Pet fee is $200 (non-refundable, at check-in, one time) only 1 small dog under 25 lbs.
Minimum stay is 30 days. There is no smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes of any substance. Only 2 vehicles permitted (one for free street parking). All adults over 18 must be on the lease. Maximum occupancy is 2. Onsite parking has room for an ordinary, mid-sized passenger vehicle only. There are cameras on the exterior of the property. There is an upper unit so we ask all tenants to be respectful to each other for noise (observe quiet hours 11 p.m.-7 a.m.). Please do not bring construction equipment (or large sporting equipment) indoors. These items can be locked up on the patio. Pet waste is the responsibility of the tenant to clean up.
