(Furnished) All rooms are located on the second floor. Shared bathroom. Shared kitchen and living space. No pets unfortunately, because my dog does not get along well with other pets. She is friendly to people. The lease will be on a month to month basis, so if for whatever reason things do not work out on either end, you will be free to move out penalty free with 30 days notice. Lease is on a month to month basis. If given 30 days notice and there is no damage to the property, deposit will be returned. No drug use. No pets.
