Very quiet, peaceful setting. Beautiful waterfront property and private dock. Lake Goodwin offers the best in local swimming, sailing, fishing and watersports. Wenberg County Park is directly across the lake. Superb views of the entire lake, Mt. Baker and sunrises. 7 Month Lease available from October 2025 - April 2026. $2,500/month. Tenant to pay own utilities. 1st months rent and a $2,500 security deposit due at lease signing. Lawn care is included in rent.
